In 1994, Gaby, a Rikudim teacher and pregnant at the time, meets Pao and discovers a connection that puts her marriage and her community's expectations into crisis. In 1999, now divorced and in a secret relationship, they live a brief dream of freedom that breaks apart once they return to daily life, caught between raising their children, family pressure, and fear. In 2023, a long-pending reunion and the truth in front of her daughter push Gaby to find Pao again and finally reclaim their love.

DIRECTOR'S BIO
Miche Gualda es directora de cine y publicidad. Su trabajo explora el lenguaje como territorio inestable y la búsqueda de identidad con una mirada íntima vinculada a lo queer. Escribió y dirigió los cortometrajes Los Cuerpos Flotantes, Lengua Viva y Playa Unión, exhibidos en festivales internacionales como Huelva, Clermont-Ferrand y el Festival de Cine de Madrid. Actualmente desarrolla su ópera prima con apoyos del INCAA, el FNA y el Fondo Metropolitano de las Artes.
